FT Matrix has an extensive marketing campaign to attract the required investment for this very attractive proposal. In order to prospect the business we have established the following process to protect our interests, and those of our investors, from unscrupulous individuals, companies and competitors seeking to unfairly profit from this confidential information, or those who have no genuine interest or insufficient funds available for investment at this level.
  1. Following an initial enquiry, the prospect investor will be sent by email this application form and a copy of our NDA to complete/sign and return by post or fax.
  2. On receipt, a director of the company will contact the potential investor to further discuss the proposal with a view to arranging a meeting to fully present the proposal and provide a copy of the proposal document.
  3. Investors will be provided with any further information that they need in order to make an investment decision. Should they decide to invest, they will be supplied with valid share certificates in exchange for the appropriate funds.
  4. All investors will be informed monthly of progress made by the business in writing as will as regular meetings.
